Every June, over 150,000 party people descend on Disney World in Orlando, Florida to attend Gay Days - a full-on weekend of pool parties and all-night dancing set against one of the most unlikely backdrops you could imagine.  Disney is the ultimate bastion of schmaltzy family values and good, clean fun, so I love the delicious irreverence of staging this massive festival of gayness in such a wholly inappropriate setting.  The two worlds should never normally collide and I like to think that this two-tone, inside/out image (taken at the first pool party of the weekend) captures an element of this incongruous coming together of mainstream and counterculture.
